It was okay, though the story dragged a bit at  he end. He was okay, cookie-cutter Alien guy (personality wise) and not very different than humans. Decent spice.

I had seen this book on tiktok a lot and I am so glad I got it!! Seeing Tara and Rok overcome so much and following their story was so great! The story was interesting, and it was very well paced. A fun quick and SPICY read, a good break from some of my other books.

Tara was such a great character from the start and I loved seeing her grow and change. And Rok from the very beginning had my heart, he is amazing. Love them so much.

I loved how badass and strong Tara was despite her circumstances. Seeing her and Rok build a partnership was so fun!

Live another day. That’s all I can do. The stubborn determination to not give up is all that keeps me going some days.

sweet story. finding something or someone to live for is probably something most people struggle with; but it was so fun to see tara open herself up to the possibility of love and just the idea of trusting someone. the story is fairly short so shit moves quickly but it was cute nonetheless

I haven't finished her other series, but I couldn't resist getting to jump into a new one as it released. Rok and Tara and both strong people, which I liked. She's no damsel! And the steam was good.
