At this point, you can tell how much I like a series by how long I put off reading the last book. Admittedly, I took a break at 25% for about a month, but it feels foolish in hindsight because the story picked up pretty quickly after that.
The third-person tense really is a double edged sword for this series, but Vhalla and Aldrik definitely solidified their spot in my top five book couples at the end there. Their relationship kills me.
Kova continues to take no prisoners with readers' hearts with this series. Almost makes me hesitate to pick up the sequel. Almost.
