not sure if i just burnt myself out reading this whole series in a row but this was my least favourite in the series:'( it was a good ending but very predictable and vhalla's character develop felt a bit backwards.... happy for them tho<3

I enjoyed the relationships in this book and how they were developed and concluded. I enjoyed the struggle, confusion, love, hate and the magic. I wish that the "enemy force" was not kept so "far" and that the scene or demise or interaction would've been longer. With that said, it brought much satisfaction on how everything was concluded. I have to say all supporting characters were great, be it good or bad. Would definitely recommend this book and the series as a whole.
This series/world has many unexplained things, situations and locations. This is both good and bad. It leaves you wanting more and also intrigued. In my mind I feel like more books could be written. Perhaps not from the protagonists of this series but from others. Perhaps even from the other continent? I would enjoy reading other books from this world if the author so chose to pen more. Hint, hint!

“To kill a monster, you must become one yourself.”
This was the perfect ending to this series. I loved the plot, the characters, the magic system - everything. I would love to read a story from Elecia’s POV!

Like every other book in this series, Crystal Crowned managed to make me both weep and smile. The ending was perfect and beautiful, and I definitely want to read the next series, so I look forward to that. Overall, I left this book feeling hopeful and proud of the changes that Vhalla and Aldrik caused in one another. Their love was powerful for all of the tests it endured and I hope to read good things in the sequel as well.
