I still don't know what grade I gave to this book, it was much darker and I find it better written. The story was engaging and at the end of each page I quickly wanted to read the next one. I found the psychology of the characters and in particular of Jude fascinating and well described nevertheless once again I find that the book is complex enough to be a YA therefore to be read towards the age of 10/11

Sephy's character jump to suddenly liking music was a bit weird, but I thought her depiction of postpartum was well done. The characters drove me a bit mad and I wasn't sure I wanted to keep reading the series.

Persephone is going through postpartum depression and it continues to grow worse throughout the book. They don't go into *too* much detail, but it definitely got dark at the end.
