This thicc cookbook has something for everyone. A generous compilation. I would eat everything it offers me, even the usually-dodgy fusion recipes look pretty fucking good. And I usually hate Asian-inspired recipes because they're usually composed of undercooked, under-seasoned vegetables and store-bought noodles. Perry's however, was a fab surprise. I'm impressed. Cute cover too, definitely deserves a spot on one's kitchen shelves/counter. Might not inspire veteran/pro chefs, but it's the perfect companion for any home-cook. Not filled with fancy recipes, but those that are easy to whip up for everyday-meals - 100% better than take-outs. Might or might not contain the best 'crispy tuna toastie' recipe.

A sort of best of collection - I enjoyed reading through this although haven't yet made anything.
