I enjoyed this book way more than the first one I read. It may have had to do with me actually knowing who David Sedaris was before I started reading. He seems like an adorable yet spunky little man, which gives the writing better context.
This is a lame review, but I'm shouldering a heavy load at the moment and my reading time will probably suffer because of it.

David, you do not miss. I’m especially a fan of any and all Amy Sedaris anecdotes. This man just has a way of delving into our most primal and instinctual and cruel urges and painting them as hilariously human.

Always bangers from David. I canNOT believe this used to be assigned as a reading book back in the day in North Carolina. Book bans ain't new, and this is gay from chapter 1! Amazing some people got to read this in high school.

As usual, David Sedaris is hilarious. I smirked a lot on the train while reading this. I would say his best individual essays are in here, but I still enjoyed "Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim" better, overall.
