كتاب خفيف و مسلي, و هو أفضل من الكتاب الأول برأي لأنه يتكلم عن الأطفال أكثر و يروي طرائفهم. و هي أفضل بكثير و أمتع من طرف البالغين
An enjoyable little follow-up to its much-loved predecessor. Expect the cute and absurd inquiries you read in Weird Things Customers Say In Bookshops and, I will admit, I did laugh out loud in this sequel which is all that I would have asked for going into it. Jen Campbell has done it again or should I say, her customers have done it again! Pick it up if you thoroughly enjoyed the first novel; you will not be disappointed.
I read the first book some months ago and loved, loved it! And while shopping in Amsterdam I found book 2 and decided to buy it.
It was once again a wonderful and silly book. Some things just seemed so unbelievable though, and some things made me roll my eyes. Some people are quite stupid.
Thanks Jen Campbell, and I hope this won't be the last book in this series, I do hope for more (maybe from other bookstores) stories and funny stuff.
I would recommend this to everyone.

"More Things Customers Say in Bookshops" is a delightful collection that captures the quirks and charm of bookshop interactions. Having worked in a bookshop myself, I found the anecdotes to be incredibly relatable and often hilarious. The authors have a knack for translating everyday customer encounters into laugh-out-loud moments that anyone familiar with the bookish world will appreciate.
The book’s light-hearted approach makes it an enjoyable read, filled with witty observations that reflect the unique dynamics between customers and booksellers. It’s a perfect blend of humor and nostalgia, reminding me of my own experiences behind the counter.
While the book is wonderfully entertaining, I would have loved to see a bit more depth in some sections—perhaps more stories or insights from the booksellers’ perspectives. Nonetheless, it’s a charming read that will resonate with anyone who has ever stepped into a bookshop. Highly recommended for both book lovers and those who have worked in retail!
