Stejně jako první kniha i tato pobaví a člověk si u ní pěkně odpočine. Navíc se knížka vážně rychle čte. :) Některé hlášky mě opravdu dostaly, nad jinými jsem musela jen nechápavě vrtět hlavou. Ale stejně se mi tenhle nápad (sepsat tyhle hlášky z knihkupectví) moc líbí. :)
My opinion is the same with both books. It can make you laugh, but sometimes it's really sad because you realize that those people actually live.
Honestamente, esperaba un poco más y me cuesta creer que haya gente tan estúpida en el mundo. Lo importante, creo, es que no pasé un mal rato leyendo.
Sekuel ini lebih menggemaskan karena banyak komentar aneh dan polos dari anak kecil, tapi secara keseluruhan lebih seru buku yang pertama.

Very cute and very funny. I was cackling to myself in the staff room, I particularly love the little things children say, because it reminds me that I can take my imagination entirely seriously.

Having personally worked in the book department for a number of years I've heard a number of these and a wide variety of others and I can say from experience some of them never get old.
A great entertaining and light read that is sure to both brighten up your day and leave you shaking your head (and potentially asking if your as bad as some of these!).

There are definitely some weird things people say in this book. Some of them are cringe worthy, others are just sad. I occasionally questioned the fate of the human species while reading this. An enjoyable read, but not as quick as I expected for such a small book. And as much of a reader as I am, some things went over my head, especially Classics. I do relate to some of it, working in a library, but some of it is definitely the "you had to be there" for it to make sense or be funny.
This book had a lot of potential- and to be fair, I didn't read the first book... well, first. There were a few funny exchanges, but after reading it in one sitting (it's a very short book), I found myself getting annoyed with the customers who were either ignorant, rude, irrational, unintelligent or just plain bizarre. Other people may find the whole book much funnier (like I said, I thought there were some really funny lines in there) and might give this a higher rating.
It is also important to note that Jen Campbell just sorted it and made sure to write the things down. This isn't a burn to her writing (it is just transcribing), just a complaint against people in general. And I tried to have an Office tv show marathon, but after a few episodes, i got very annoyed with him and wanted to kill him.
This could be one of those cases.
