A tense, very gritty urban fantasy about a gang leader that returns from war and starts to rebuild his empire.
The pacing and tension was generally very good. The main character almost always comes out on top which was satisfying. The ending was really badass and our MC ends up ruling the whole city. I look forward to seeing what happens in the next book.
