Romantic suspense... I haven’t read many but after reading this one I’m hooked although not sure others will measure up. I love a slow burn and this one was perfect. The chemistry between Henry and Delilah was palpable. Don’t miss out on this awesome book...1 click today!

The romance here was enjoyable, but this book was too long and the pacing of the plot far too slow. A lot of elements don't really make any sense if you actually think about them. But I did appreciate the lack of a third-act breakup!

God I am on a bad book roll. I'd like it to stop now.

Romantic suspense is already a little iffy for me. It sometimes works but mostly doesn't for me. Thats a personal thing, I just didn't get the male MC.

Its a change for the smart dumb person in a romance to be the man but my god. The set up of this book started poor if I'm honest. The whole mentor being the bad guy just made me bored straight off. Henry being set up to take the fall but hes in debt surely if he had the money he'd no longer be in debt? No?

Yeah its a no from me.

Loved the concept of a team of detectives hunting book thieves! Implausible at times, but the leads had smokin' chemistry, and I will definitely read the next one.

Another delightful story from Kathryn Nolan!
A little bit White Collar (my favorite show) and a whole lot of chemistry, Delilah and Henry are simply wonderful together. Behind the Veil has intrigue, exciting chases, stolen moments in closets, a super strong heroine (physically and emotionally, having found herself again after a traumatic past), and a nerdy librarian hero who learns to trust again.

This book seemed as if Ms. Nolan wrote it just for me, it checked every single box for me even some I didn't know I had! It had intrigue, suspense, and enough slow burning heat to melt a Kindle! Henry is my fantasy man. Smart is super sexy on him! Delilah is perfect for him too and I really loved her sweet vulnerable side. You can be a kick ass heroine and still have a little sweetness. I always love the depth this author brings to her characters! And seriously you might want to read some parts of this alone, its got the steam I've come to expect from this author times 10! At times its funny, poignant, sweet, hot, funny, (alot of times all of these at once lol) and you just hold on and enjoy the ride!
