A great yet meandering edition to the series. The new villainous power that developed while light was confined is revealed. New players come onto the field while some leave. Overall, Deathnote Vol. 3 was an engrossing read.

Great ending. It definitely has me ready to continue on the series. Unfortunately, the rest of this volume was just meh for me. It has a corporate aspect that I was not a big fan of. Wasn't the direction I expected it to take, but I'm interested in seeing where it goes from here.
