I enjoyed this book but I did have a couple of issues with it- the portrayal of the only main female character and the too big a change in Light's character

This is part of my re-read of Death Note, it's such an incredible series. I love the Yotsuba arc and L and Light working together. I also like that Misa has more involvement in this volume in actually uncovering what's going on. L is best character, as per usual.

I don't think I will honestly give any of these volumes less than 5 stars. As someone who has watched the anime in its entirety multiple times, I know what's coming. But even then, I was on the edge of my seat reading all of this. There's a few things I noticed when reading it that I didn't think about when watching and I found that really interesting. I will say that *something* is coming up sooner than I thought and I'm EXTREMELY nervous about it because I didn't like how it was handled in the anime. That's all I will say, though.
