My least favorite story arc so far which makes me really sad. Halfway done with the entire series though so I’ll probably pick up the next one tomorrow!

Solid five stars. Loved this just as much as I loved the previous volumes. Definitely recommend this series for someone who loves dark, twisted fantasy, or someone who wants to get into manga. For more regarding my thoughts about this series as a whole, check out my reviews for the first two black edition volumes. I will also likely be doing a full review on the last volume of this series (when I get to it).

Was going to be a 3.5* because this one dragged a little bit in the middle, and I MISS RYUK SO DAMN MUCH but the final 50 pages were so damn good and intense, it brought it back up to a 4* for me.

Honestly though, I'm about to invest in some apple to try and lure Ryuk back 3
