Oof. I am still really enjoying this series however confusing the plot may be😅 I kinda like the mystery of Lights plan, kept even from himself😂 This manga continues to impress me with the depth and breadth of plot and multi faced characters with complex personalities. I love the elements of morals and philosophy thrown in as well as the idea of justice versus ideals. I can’t wait to continue with this story and more of L being an adorable weirdo... but I still miss Ryuk plus Light has become more dull as a character in my opinion. Look forward to more story progression though!

Bruuuuuuh! This is hands down one of my favourite series and it somehow just keeps getting better and better with each volume. I can’t wait to see where this goes.

Kira and the Second Kira are both gone. Neither has any memory of their past killing sprees and are working in collaboration with L to catch Kira. The killings seem to have stopped when a new Kira with entirely different motives appears. Light, L, and Misa work together to uncover who the new mysterious Kira is and stop them before they find out L’s true identity and take him out.
