Kids book or not a kid's book I am unsure. Beautifully written and illustrated. Important topics that could be gone over and discussed.

I do feel adults should read more picture books. If I ran a reading group I would pick this.

I have spent more time pondering this book after I finished reading it then the actual act of reading took.
