Kai is really trying hard for Riko to see him as a love interest. His efforts really show how much he actually genuinely likes Riko. It's funny how dense she is though, but she shocks him when she tells him that he shouldn't give up. Bro is depressed again!!!! He thinks Riko likes Taka and that's his best friend. I loved seeing more about their past and learning more about their friendship. But what sucks is that Kaji thinks that he's helping Riko by being his old playboy self. But Riko seems upset at that.
So Riko misunderstands Kai's confession of love --he agonizes about it some more --Riko then decides she wants to fall in love and Kai tries to position himself to be the one she falls in love with but then he sees Riko with his best friend and thinks she might love HIM --so he agonizes some more and decides to revert to his old player ways --but Riko doesn't really like that so maybe all is not lost. YA Shojo
3.75 star. I think I am falling in love with Misaki-kun. (~￣▽￣)~ Reading about the strong silent type who inevitably has a secret *blush*. I'm also starting to think Riko has brain damage. But is it terrible that I'm sad she hasn't beat anyone up in a while.

I dont know why Mikki and Tora text about Kai because he is always dazed and confused about everything so he would probably never hear them anyway. It's still funny though.
I enjoy the authors mini skits of their bugself so cute. I feel like I'm getting to know them better and better also they are quite funny. Chapter 16 front page was so Kawaii. It looked like a flashback of them as kids and Misaki saving Kai from falling out a window seal. Kai is oblivious to his safety. (⊙ω⊙) Child flashbacks are always my favorite.
