I would’ve loved more stories about the Brat Pack days but overall this was a quick and interesting read. Demi has certainly had her challenges but it seems like the older she’s gotten, the more comfortable she is in her own skin. I love that for her and I wish that for every woman, including myself.

Her voice, I love it. She is a mess and I always wonder what the other side of every story is, but enjoyable.

I don’t usually read memoirs of celebrities but this one always struck me as something I needed to read. I could not put it down, it was so beautifully written. It spoke to me

I really liked this book, especially in audiobook format. Demi Moore narrates it herself, which I think goes a long way for how she'd like her history and experiences presented back to the reader. It was a quick listen and easy to pick up/put down over the last week or so. I'm definitely going to rewatch some of her biggest movies, now coloured with what she shared of her experiences filming them.

I was craving something easy to follow as we entered our fifth lockdown, and I blitzed through this book in just over a day. There was a lot to learn about Moore - I didn't know anything about her very troubled childhood and she was really willing to put her own shortcomings and struggles on display in this book (particularly around her body image, parenting, substance abuse etc). She was also a pioneer in lots of ways that I wasn't aware of (too young) including that famous Vanity Fair cover of her naked and pregnant. Also, Ashton Kutcher: what a douche! Probably 3.5 overall.

Well written, I enjoyed learning more about what she has had to overcome to build her career.  An amazing person and ahead of her time in lots of ways.  I am glad she shared her story this way.
