That.... that.... was... a story.

To talk about this without spoilers, if you've been reading Saga, this continues with more of the same, incredibly high quality writing and art that you have grown to love. If you aren't reading Saga, then why are you reading a volume so far in to the series? Start at the start!

Major, heavy revelations come in this volume that will have ramifications for the rest of the series. I cried. That this wraps everything up for a year+ hiatus is bittersweet. Vaughan and Staples are two of the best in the business and I look forward to what comes next.

This series is phenomenal. Excuse me while I go recover from being punched in the gut by this volume. Holy shit.

Bullet Review:

*Bawls forever*

I'll be honest - there have been some more recent volumes that have gotten rather, not repetitive per se, but definitely just "circling the drain". This volume has two gut punches that I'll be reeling from all weekend.

I have no clue where the series is going, but if I was slightly bored in previous volumes, this one woke me up.
