Hello I would like to report Brian K. Vaughn and Fiona Staples for emotional battery. Yes, I'll hold.

OMG. I did not see Marko's death coming. I'm very sad. And now we all need to wait because 'Saga' has gone on Indefinite Hiatus

Talk about a one-two punch to the gut (or maybe just a constant beating). Every volume keeps building on the feels, but man, this one... this one... And the author/artist are going on a break for a bit, so what a way to end it for now. Wow. Can't wait to pick up the story later to see if it's final.

I audibly gasped multiple times while reading this. This series is so incredibly amazing. The story is so original and the artwork is beautiful. Love love love so much!

Every single volume I've read has been intense, and each one has hurt me, little by little. This one hurt me most, and also especially because I have to wait to know what happens next! Ugh!

That ending! That cliffhanger! Wonderfully evil authors. Now excuse me while I go cry in a corner.

That might be the most cruel cliffhanger out of all the volumes. This book is less ridiculous and more sorrow and despair. I binge read 9 volumes in two days, and I don't even know when the next volume would be released. Too much death happened, but by having Hazel as the main narrator and knowing that she gets to grow old to retell this tale makes me believe there's hope in their world.

This is also the volume that made me hate a character that I was cheering for the past 8 volumes. No name drops, but if you've read this, you'll know who it is.

So beautiful, and so many sad moments in this volume.
