Cute but way cheesier than the first. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I never thought I would enjoy reading about a tennis game, but I very much did so in this book. Huzzah!

I’m not sure what the relationship is between Emry and Arthur. At some points they care about each other but then they do things that makes me question if they really care about each other?

Some things were funny but they didn’t hit as hard as they did in the first book. The climax wasn’t as good as the first either. Despite these issues I have with the second book, it was still an enjoyable read overall!

Not as good as the first—the plot was a lot of transition and not a lot of resolution—but still wildly entertaining. Schneider's wit shines.

Enjoyed it. It is different take on the legend, still good. Looking forward to the next one—excited to see where things go.

Better than the first book!

I feel more in love with Emory, Arthur, Lancelot and the rest of the crew in this book. The steaks were higher, mistakes held more consequence, and everyone grew as a person through it all. I loved watching Arthur grow up even if he can't verbalize many of his emotions yet LOL. I can't wait to see him as king and watch the rest of the story unfold
