Such an amazing book. I felt the beginning dragged a little, but after the halfway point it went by too fast, I couldn't stop reading!

It was an interesting book. I preferred it to 1984 to which it is often compared.

I read this classic dystopian novel for Banned Book week and thoroughly enjoyed it - very clever and satirical. Here's my full review:

Well, I finally finished this one. I can't tell you it was engaging to read in any capacity. I didn't like any of the characters, and the writing was average. This book has echoes of Modernist thought in Huxley's writing.

I can see echoes of this book in Fahrenheit 451. I can tell why Jim Morrison liked this book - soma sex orgies.
