Fallen in Love

Could have gone without this book, tbh. Me, and the series, too. It seems like a quickly-sloppy-written thing to squeeze some more money off the readers.

Shelby and Miles' "love story" i so unnecessary... We met them briefly at "Torment" (I say "briefly" because I didn't feel any connection between them and Luce, at least not a real one. It's as if they were forced to become friends just for the plot...) and then POOF! - at the end of "Rapture" they are married and waiting a baby. Okay, who cares? Going on. Like why bother writing an "explanation" of how we missed a boring love story?

Roland's love story was meh. And him acting so selflessly was predictable l. Missed opportunity to make it thrilling!

Ariana's story, though, was the only good thing in "Fallen in Love".

Honestly, I am happy this novel was short. Wasn't really worth the time...

great one of the best so far

As much as i hate giving books low ratings, this book just bored me. There wasn't something that i thought "oh wow!" I read the book in a couple of hours, and i was disappointed. I doubt i'll read it again :(

Nice little book that fits in nicely, and romantic so just my thing! (obviously it was nothing compared to the series books, hence the 3-star rating).

I was a bit hesitant to read it incase it spoiled anything from Passion, which I have not read yet but it didn't. There were a few little things that I guessed were from Passion because I didn't recognise them but none of them were huge spoilers.

What I loved about this book is that it was set in Medieval times, which is one of my favourite eras in history. Not only did we get another great love story on Daniel and Luce, we also got an insight into the love lives of the secondary characters, which I found really interesting.

This little collection is perfect for a Valentine's read. Lauren Kate explores different kinds of love, the heartache behind it and the fights the characters have to go through. Real good little collection.
