Solid mystery. I really disliked Tom for most of the book, but he grew.
This book spooked me out so much I had to stop reading it at night and finish it as soon as I woke up. The plot wasn’t rife with frustrating twists and turns typical of thrillers of this type, and the ending was mostly satisfying. I expected this to be a horror, but it ended up being the perfect mix of horror, suspense and murder mystery.
