3.5 for me

I guess it was ok, nothing too wow or to die for. I know that it was intentionally written this way, but somehow the tone that the book was written in just did not hit it for me... It felt very chick flick like and even try hard at some points, which was hard to get through (maybe it was the Veronica Mars influence, that I am unable to appreciate)

But overall I guess the plot was fine, it was an interesting read, though I wouldn't say is agatha christie worthy.

A who did it murder mystery that involved the richest girl in high school. Alice, the ex best friend of Brooke, still reeling from the shock recruits her tutor/classmate Iris to make sure justice is served for Brooke. A fast paced story with twists and turns. 4.5 stars.
