Underrated heroes
I read the Benevolence stories completely backwards. But I enjoyed them soo much. Harper is that girl who thrives on everything she does, she's a beacon that others follow. And our first interaction with her is jumping on the back of an angry bear of a man twice her size. I think it shocked Luke back into living. Sometimes I think first loves are there to teach you what you need. That forever love teaches you what you can't live without. I'm glad I took this journey through this nosey little town. And seeing that Luke and Harper gave a HEA to those bright little bundles of energies was perfect.

I am very surprised because this book has all the tropes that i hate and i still liked it and was invested.
The writing is not good, very cheap and very wattpad-y but even with that i ate the book in 3 days. The ending is shit because you can tell how the author just wanted to give the characters a happy ending in a rush

Absolutely loved this booked!! Only downside is that there is a lot of filler story when all I wanted to hear about was Harper and Luke. Felt like the book could have had about 100 less pages.
However, I cried multiple times and read it in 3 days. I love them both❤️

I ended up with a love-hate relationship with this story. I loved Harper, but hated how look behaved and how easily she forgave him. Almost gave this two stars.
