3.5? This is definitely…. easy to read and trying to fit in every trope it can. However, I was into 85% of the tropes so I liked it

Also I’m sorry I need to read the next one because of the relationship but already knowing they get engaged??? I feel like she gave us too much of them in this one!!

I liked it more by the end and also not because the guy main character was almost insufferable. Around 200ish pages I found myself wondering what the rest of the book was supposed to be about? It still satisfied aspects of my spicy hallmark expectations I’ve come to have and enjoy with Lucy Score books, but I won’t be continuing with this series.
