(Sad foghorn noise) I wont lie, I read this book because I was sad and my boyfriend was away for a training, but somehow this book made me so annoyed with the main character being sad about her boyfriend that I wasn't sad anymore LOL- 3 stars for cheering me up tho

Lucy Score’s characters are very dramatic and their expressions of situations are over the top, however, it can work for the humour factor. If I had friends in real life like this, I’d probably get tired of it, but on paper, it makes for a good, jovial, easy read romance that’s funny and packs a punch! There’s always plenty of smut thrown into her books, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ve come to the right author and books.

The book is filled with predictable moments, but I guess that can come with a traditional type spicy romance, what characters like about each other, etc. It can be all sexually motivated, as opposed to intellectual attraction that creates the ambiance of the attraction, making someone appear so hot. But that’s not to poo poo this book, because I very much enjoyed it, even though I’d have been happier with a little less smut.

I love Luke and Hannah as a couple! They made me giddy with laughter because of how perfect I felt they were together. I also loved Hannah’s dry wit and I can’t wait to read the next in the series, which I have already purchased!

This is a banger Lucy Score book in every sense of the word!

More groveling

Luke was a dumbass for doing that to harper and I wanted him to grovel more! but honestly this book was just so perfect! definitely 5 stars!!!
