Characters and story are flat and boring. FMC is hostile for no reason. Play on Cinderella, but the stepsister's are dogs *rolls eyes*

I haven't read the other 2 in the Slow Burn series. But loved reading Ache for You. The chemistry between the character's was hot a real page turner. ❤ it.

Liked this idea, generally enjoyed the books but quite a few parts made me cringe. Not my top fave by her

I was very surprised by this series it gave me all the feels. If you love slow burns I highly recommend it.

I don’t know what it is about this author. Everything is so overboard tropey and the characters are almost parody, the writing isn’t amazing, but I just can’t stop reading them. It’s like candy, or cigarettes, or potato chips; it’s not necessarily GOOD for you, but you just can’t stop once you’ve started. I’m just inhaling books over here.

TW-death of a parent, idk the entirety of Brad needs a warning but I can’t seem to be specific as to why.

I still think the first in this series is my favourite but this was still great. Gotta love a man who falls head over heels for the girl first, make him an Italian business man… even better.
The quick witted banter and fiery chemistry between Kimber and Matteo was so fun to listen to. Once again the narrators really brought this story to life.

4.5 If you don’t like insta-love this book is not for you! Enjoyed book great and banter. I love the ending.

I must admit to loving the narrator for Matteo. I mean seriously, I am a sucker for an accent. I loved the banter and how quickly they begin to rub one another the wrong way. Although it is not my favorite book in this series, I love Jenner.

You’ll need a neck brace with everything going on. Traditional slap, slap, kiss with added drama for flare. Have google translate ready if you don’t know Italian though one could get by with context clues.
