This was book was so amazing, but sooooo long. I had trouble making it through just because I've never read a book this long before. But all of Edmond Dantes' plans were so intricate, and so well thought out. I want the Count of Monte Cristo to be re-made, but with the same actors as before (Jim Caviezel, Guy Pearce, etc).

I think that this is a great book! Alaxander Dumas describes this story amazingly well. If you haven't read this book yet, then you need to read it!!! Totally different than any movie versions I've heard about or seen, but that is to the movies discredit!
