Ending seemed dragged out. Definitely didn't see it coming, but also the whole thing seemed unbelievable. Like what do you mean you found your wife with a traumatic brain injury and her best friend is dead and you believe a random HS friend of hers about your wife admitting to killing her best friend. Like zero questions asked just took a random man's word for it. Like I almost DNFed because that whole plot point was just nonsensical.

This is a quick, entertaining read. It’s a mystery, and there were moments I didn’t like any of the characters. But, in the end, finding out what happened was more interesting than the characters’ flaws.
