I love the DiMaggio family.  We get to see how Nicco and Isabella’s story!  And it’s a good one!  They are second chance love berg stopped with a mafia twist thrown in!

I loved revisiting this family and seeing the fun family they surround themselves with as well as an awesome love story!   Isabella never stopped loving Nicco and he has been waiting for her as well.  But will their history bind the. Together or tear them apart?!?

This is one of the few series I’ve read where I feel like I put the last book down and picked up the second one immediately, the story line is so well pieced together it felt like there was zero interruption!

Just as I thought there would never be another Mafia man I would love as much as Enzo, here we meet Nicco. This book had me on an emotional rollercoaster, my heart was ripped out and put back in.

After reading the first book, Izzy is more of a baddie than I expected, granted we didn’t see a TON of her in the first book, we really dove deep into her character. She can handle her own against her brothers who are in charge of the family and is afraid to stand up to them. I’m so incredibly obsessed with the DiMaggio family and I cannot wait for book 3 already! Knocked it out of the park again!

ARC REVIEW

Man does Nicco have a way with words 🥵🔥

Second chance romance and add in some mafia? Yes, ma'am sign me right up.
This book was such a good read. It kept me on the edge of my seat while having me swoon. Mmh Niccolo can sweet-talk me any day lol.
Isabella has already had that great love in her life but after getting her heart broken she has come to terms as a mafia princess that she will be a mafia wife who stands by her husband's side and bears his heirs. But when her ex Niccolo is back in town and demanding to talk to her saying things she wishes he said years ago, she has to battle her heart and her brain.
First of all, I absolutely loved Niccolo but he was an absolute ass at the beginning of this book. Like I'm so happy his friends were there because sir there's no way I would've ever spoken to you again but then he would open his mouth and literal poetry would come out, I'm pretty sure he got me pregnant a few times 🤣🤣🤣
This book was a wild ride of emotions but man did these two really love each other. I got a little frustrated a few times just yelling at my walls about some of the bs that happened but overall I will probably be thinking about this book for a few weeks. Especially thinking about Niccolo 🤣

*Thank you T. Priceton for the opportunity to read this book early*

I enjoyed Isabella's story. She goes through a lot with Niccolo. I also like her growth and how supportive he is of her. It shows that even in the mafia the young blood knows to support their women. At least in this series.

Okay Nicco, where have you been. 🥵😮‍💨

Are you looking for a new book boyfriend? 🖤 How about one that will burn the world down for you?

Story is a predictable, but still enjoyable.

I’m excited for Enzo’s story!

This is the second book in The DiMaggio Crime Family series. This is Matteo’s sister, Isabella’s story.
It has all the mafia fun with the families business and of course there’s a forbidden love story but also is a second chance love story.
Isabella is smart, lovable and very devilish in the bedroom. The spice level is 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ very 🔥!
We get to see more of Matteo, Lux, Liana and of course Enzo. This book has funny moments but also intense moments that will have you on the edge of your seat. As I mentioned before be prepared to need a fan to cool off because it gets quite steamy! Isabella is available for preorder now and releases 4/25!

this book was what i was waiting for. it gave me answers about these two characters and i’m obsessed with them. love me a mafia romance with a little violence and lot of love. the mmc is obsessed with fmc and we just LOVE that (he definitely knows no boundaries and doesn’t take no for an answer). the beginning of the book almost made me cry with their turbulent relationship. i also love the female relationships/ friendships in the books so strong & important to have. i had guesses and thoughts on how this story would play out and i think the author does a good job at not playing into the expectations, keeps you still slightly on your toes (at least for me). the writing is easy to consume and there’s definitely spice mixed in whew! i ate up 3/4 of the book in a couple of days. the saga continues and i enjoy it focusing on these three members of the family. i look forward to the last installment as enzo has such humor. eager to learn more about him.

🌻🦋 My Review 🦋🌻

Matteo was one of my favorite books last year. I’ve reread it quite a few times. So of course I was readyyyyy for Isabella.

T Priceton owes me some money in therapy bills because WHY AM I OBSESSED WITH HER MMCs? I wanted my own Matteo last year and now I would very much loveeeee me a Nicco.

The way that man lovessss Isabella needs to be studied. That’s the kind of love I pray all my girlies will have. That man does not PLAY when it comes to his woman even if death is staring him down.

Now I need Enzo’s story. I’ve been in love with Enzo since Matteo & Lux’s story and I can’t wait to see that kind of woman that knocks him on his ass.

Second book in the series with Isabella being the central character. How often is the second book a disappointment...well not this time. Izzy is a wonderful character and there is lots of Teo, Enzo and Lux. I went through periods of hating and loving Nicco but knew there had to be a reason for the things he did. Can't wait for Enzo's book!
I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.
