Good little cosmic horror Batman story, it sure felt like a Mignola piece. Real Glup Shitto moment when Herbert West showed up, and I love when Etrigan is a supporting character

Lovecraftian horrors plus Batman? Sign me up.
I'm surprised how much I enjoyed this when it has elements that normally in other Elseworlds stories I would've criticized for, i.e Batman using a gun and willing to kill people. But everything felt like a genuine sequence of events, not something just thrown in for the hell of it.
The art was good too, it really added to the story. Plus the weird horror elements added to all the characters to make them more monstrous was so cool.

The story is not as good as it's parts, a gallimaufry of Batman and Lovecraftian lore that barely slogs along as a piece of fanservice, but never quite as much as a whole work. Fun, but not functional. Interesting, but only at surface level.
