Crushing on your Stepbrother

While I devour stepbrother romances like they're my guilty pleasure, this one was harder to stay invested.

Bad Company is drawn out on the do I or don't I but fast forward on the happily-ever-after.

I enjoyed this story. I really liked the characters, the pacing of the story was good, the chemistry between the hero and heroine was believable and I loved the ending. I would definitely recommend this book.

This was not for me. I wanted so much more. More believable sexy time, more plot, more connection between the H/h.

I tend to shy away from the step sibling tropes because I can never see them working out well. Because, logic...but SL made this work and I enjoyed the slow intense burn that was created by these characters. I didn’t put it down the entire time I spent reading. Logan and Leah have such an amazing chemistry despite their unfortunate forces familial circumstances. Their bickering and banter made for good dialogue. Their stolen moments and glimpses of passion kept you anticipating more until they finally hit the precipice. I loved watching them figure out their feelings even though there a few moments where slapping them both seemed like a good option. The acceptance of their feelings and subsequent relationship made for a good read in the end.

I like this sexy love story. I loved Logan’s POV. Leah was assertive and represented the real woman well. I really disliked how the parents treated their kids. I really agreed with Logan in what he told his mom before he left town. I loved her best friend. I recommend this story
