Loved the slow burn and banter between Dom and Ally. The way he took care of her was heartwarming. Dom is an acts of service guy. I also liked the snippets of the friend’s side stories. I will say the epilogue is not worth reading. Could have do without it.

this was so SO long it didn’t need to be 500+ pages. i think i would’ve hated this less if the mcs weren’t 39 and 44 if im this immature at that age just put me out of my misery. the book is well written overall tho i just hated everything else about it.

It’s a cute lighthearted read that’s probably 100 pages too long. But I loved the chemistry between these two. Who doesn’t want a billionaire falling all over themselves for you? It was a relaxing read. A good amount of smut but they make you wait for it. Too slow of a burn for me but I’m quite impatient these days as well.

Wow, so dang cute but also so dang sad. Check the TWs for this one because there is a lot on infinity, sexual assault and harassment, and just general trauma. I loved the banter between Ally and Dominic. Though I will admit the 3rd act break up was dumb af. The side characters were all a blast. A fun read overall.

This was cute but better than most ~cutesy romance books~ because it felt like there was a lot of depth to the story. I also liked the emphasis of believing victims and holding abuser of power accountable (no matter what it is). Also
THE EPILOGUE WAS SO CUTE even though I normally don’t like the pregnancy trope
.

These character’s thoughts were x-rated at all times, almost to the point that it’s funny. It was a wonderful group that I simply could not put down!

This was my first office romance read and I really enjoyed it!! Ally and Dom showed that love and hate is such a thin line because they are truly enemies to lovers. The tension between them was THICK and the slow burn was worth the wait. I will say when I initially started reading it was giving cringe language (like I was expecting to see “doggo” at one point) but it toned down quick and I enjoyed the book even more every time I picked it up. I will say, one thing about Lucy Score is she loves a male love interest with a dog 😂 (shout out to Brownie)

SPOILERS AHEAD

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I under stand why everyone is is upset that the characters are “acting childish” or like saying that they hope they don’t act like them at 40 and I do get it but I will over look ANY red flag in a book if i enjoyed it

(reread) im keeping the star off even though i definitely would make this a 5 star is because I hate a cheating trope. No no one cheated but he thought she did and it’s annoying. Well maybe he didn’t actually think she did and he was being a dick but still you get the point. The cheating trope is annoying and anyone who likes it should stub they’re pinky toe 2 times a day 7 days a week.
