I loved this memoir so much. I enjoyed learning more about a band I adore. I also realized memoirs more enjoyable when they’re read by the author.
funny lighthearted reflective fast-paced

As a middle of the road blink-182 fan (I know their singles and a few other songs but they were a little "immature boy" for me at the beginning) it was interesting to read about their start and the friendship behind the band, as well as the other people behind the scenes that supported and worked with them over the years. It was sad to read so many names of people who have passed and interesting to learn about the Tom/Mark/Travis conflicts over the years (obviously one sided perspective).

A good, quick read! And if he's to be believed, maybe Mark Hoppus helped capture Saddam Hussein??

"Tom was there for me" 😭😭

Mark is very vulnerable and transparent about his struggles with mental health, fitting in, band turmoil, and the evolution of the band throughout the entire book.

I couldn’t put this down. blink was the soundtrack of my formative years and to experience my own nostalgia from Mark’s perspective was a gift. Thank you for this memoir.
