This was waaaaaaaaay too long than it needed to be.. the book should've ended at roughly 75% as the last part was just unnecessary.. Some really good bits in this though, I'm now obsessed with peppered nuts even though I've never tried them.. the world was interesting and the MMC was adorable, just a big bad wolf with wings with lots of family trauma :(.. love that they were both exploring together and it was instinctual to them, some very fun parts as well in the communication, but also some random bits in there where it was so unnecessary.. the Rumpelstiltskin part was just a bit weird since they never mentioned it again, also you mean to tell me she's a powerful fae and yet she's allowing herself to be imprisoned by humans? Basically, I can forgive a lot of stuff, but the the last quarter of the book, and if that was just skipped this would've been a much higher rating.
