I really enjoyed the first book of this series, however I felt that this book could have done more. It ultimately was slow and repetitive, could have been half the length. I still love the characters and world building, was just a let down compared to the first book in the series.

The SCREAM that came out of me reading that final sentence. Ugh I like this series more than I thought I would. Every 4 seconds saying wtf Danika.
I just...I couldn't get into it. I forced myself through the end and then said "no....." at the last bit. And not in an excited way. Why do I keep reading these???
