I'm just gonna say it... She should have ended up with

This is like full blown Stockholm syndrome. And Jax is just an asshole. I like my broody men but this was just... I hated him. Maybe that was enough to give it the extra half star. 

A lot going on in this book. The banter, the relationships are good.

• bloody well hate miscommunication man, why couldn’t he just tell her the damn truth about the prison visits
• characters are so immature, they overthink everything and refuse to communicate
• jax was so damn toxic, so pushy and refuses to listen to what brey wants I am not here for it
• I’ll allow it for the spicy scenes
• but lord what happened with Jay that character development came out of nowhere
• could definitely have been 100 pages shorter, super repetitive and so much unnecessary conflict
• i enjoyed the vibes but the relationship felt a little too toxic and restrictive for me rather than 'protective' possessive
