3.5 stars. Decent storyline, interested to see what happened to Joey and Harley, but didn’t totally connect with them. Probably more about me & not totally enjoying reading D/b kink & impact play, especially when the Daddy & boy were similar ages. But that’s me. If that’s your jam, I’m sure you’d like this because it’s a fun read.

3.5 stars.

Feels like an introductory novel to the spin-off series. The couple was cute. It was overall a very straight-forward story with low levels on angst.

5 stars…
I was a little nervous to start this book since Ballsy Boys was so good and sometimes spins off just don’t have the same magic but I should have known better. This was really enjoyable.

I was not ever expecting a book with Joey the camera guy in it and I definitely wasn’t expecting him to be with Daddy of all people but this was great. There was demi/Ace representation but I think is incredibly hard to find in books like this. I think the ace spectrum is poorly explained at best in most circumstances so it was nice to see Joey stumble through it so late in life as I’m sure most people do.

2/5 on spice. 2/5 on kink. 1/5 on tears. I wish this series was longer because all those stars Daddy/Joey got together sound amazing.

This was my second book with the Daddy/boy kink, both my Nehold. I think it's just not for me. The term "Daddy" gets annoying to me. I'm not rating it because I feel like it's just a "it's not you it's me" situation so that would be unfair to the author.

Amazing beginning to new series.

The writing duo of KM Neuhold and Nora Phoenix have given us another well written and well paced book that is easy to read and I was engaged from the very first page.
This was due to the two wonderful and likeable main characters Hunter (aka Daddy) and Joey who are so sweet together. Their story unfolds as they start working together, a friendship forms and Joey begins to embrace his new found sexuality under the loving guidance of Hunter. The chemistry between them is a beautiful slow burn with the heat slowly increasing as their relationship progresses.
There is no angst, just a loving, sweet romance between 2 men in their forties who enjoy the Daddy/boy dynamic with some light kink included.
We are also introduced to some interesting side characters who work for the Kinky Boys studio so I’m eagerly awaiting the next in the series.
