Might be more of a 2.5 but we’ll round it up to 3. The characters are developed really well in this book. I’m glad we get to learn more about Cage and his past.

this is the first book in the series we first meet cage in book 2 when his friend willow comes to his apartment cage is such a man slut I wasn't his biggest fan in book 2 I did like certain aspects to him though that he was trying to protect willow but in book three I really started liking him and I didn't know who he was going to end up with I didn't think there would be anybody who could put up with him to tell you the truth but Eva and him were great match even though she waited around for him but they eventually got together another great book on to book 4 now

Never really finished any of the Sea Breeze series. I love some of Abbi Glines' work but this series just doesn't work for me.

Not as good as the first 2 in the series but I still couldn't put it down. Starting number 3 now.

Abbi Glines delivers again. I did not read it in the order the series goes, but anyways it was exactly what I needed. Either her or Coleen Hoover can make me breeze through a book as fast as possible. They are the magicians of contemporary novels and I respect that. An easy read indeed. I did see it coming that Eva gonna be on stage to get her bad boy back but that did not spoil anything. Nice and sweet with a bit of heat. Mainly their problem was that they never talked about feelings but are we not scared of them ourselves all the time?

I honestly just don't care for either Cage and Eva. Their relationship was pathetic and I see no reason in reading their continued story in Book 5

I really enjoyed this. Cage was someone I have a love hate relationship for. [b:Because of Low|13146214|Because of Low (Sea Breeze, #2)|Abbi Glines|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1322924946s/13146214.jpg|18323697] we first got into more of Cage and his love for Willow. I hated him for the fact that he was an asshole really. Yeah, he loved her, but I could tell it was for all the wrong reasons. Getting the real glimpse of Cage's story in this book made me love him a little bit more.

Cage is your typical bad boy. When he gets a DUI, his scholarship for baseball is hanging by a thread. Of course he does some community service and meets Eva. The poor girl has lost her fiancé in battle and hasn't been herself since.

I have to admit, I'm getting a little sick of all of these stories being the same. Bad boy meets innocent virgin, and they fall in love just like that. I really need something different to happen, seriously. I still loved the story don't get me wrong, but if you're sick of reading the same over-used story line of good girl who's a virgin, meets bad boy who's technically a man whore but miraculously decides his dick is now meant for one vigrin-love-sick lady, well than this is not your book and move along.

I feel like I'm already committed though, so I will be moving ahead with the series. Please, oh please shake things up a little bit?!?!?!

Dnf at 10% because i hate it when women call other women a slut. “Acting like a slut” - real mature yeah

This is the second time I’ve dnf’ed a book by this author because she just writes heavy on women hating other women, creating a hostile exchange where someone calls the other a slut or a skank or anything else that is just remotely disgusting.

Seriously, why can’t this author write good ass books. I’m about to give her a book on feminism and letting go of a misogynistic mindset.
