I just have to say, it's so me. The evasively depressive way the story unfolds feels so real in the depths of my chaotic mind.

What a plot twist!!

The ending is very much up to interpretation, so I thought I'd share mine.

Eri is dead and when Yuta goes to kill himself he sees her as a vampire because he needs her to be one. He needs her to be alive. Just like he edited those films to make her and is mother seem more loving and gentle. It's that dash of fantasy he needs in his life. Sometimes that fantasy is more extreme like vampires and explosions and sometimes there more subtle like kindness from those who weren't kind.

Definitely a manga that's making me think. I can't help, but compare it to real life- how real is anything? I don't think there is a true reality and that's making my mind kind of spin. I really love when a piece of media keeps me thinking long afterwards.

quando mais precisamos, sempre têm um filme e um amigo. e um pouco de fantasia é o necessário para manter uma memória viva.
