Ms. Davis is a new to me author and when I was presented with reading an early copy of this book the description had me jumping at the chance. I was not disappointed. I loved that from the first page I was unable to put my kindle down.
The characters absolutely take you on a crazy ride. You will definitely have buttons pushed but that is what I think I loved the most about this story. This is absolutely a must read. And I will definitely be checking out Ms. Davis' other books.

This book grabbed my attention and kept it through the WHOLE series. The drama. The twists. The turns. The SPICE. Ugh, it was all amazing. Abi is a badass and I rooted for her cause the whole time. Camden definitely misunderstood the assignment on where Abi stood, but the way the fell in hate-love, the perfect enemies to lovers

I've been a long time Siobhan Davis fan, but this book is NEXT level and a wild ride.

You'll have to pick your jaw up off the floor multiple times- the world of the Rydeville Elite is patriarchal at best and horrifying at worst, but these are the realities of these privileged and talented teens. What is expected of them, how those around them operate, the mystery and twists and surprises will knock you off your feet, but you'll get right back up again but at the core of this story with this crazy and dark world of the elite is a story of interesting, complex, soulful, and enigmatic characters that you love to hate and hate to love.

I don't want to give too much away with an overview, because the shock value of reading it blank slate is so delicious, but know that we have an amazing heroine Abby- she's strong, focused, and driven, yet underneath her veneer she is hurting and trapped. She's surrounded by a motley crew of elites- some we love (like her best friend or her brother) and some less so, like her significant other and especially her father. Her crew runs the show, until a new crew, some new "elites" roll into Rydeville and shake everyone up, including our hero, Cam. Their chemistry is explosive and combative, and so so yummy.

Like All Siobhan tells get ready for nothing to be as it seems, for some nuanced and complex story telling, for fatally flawed but endearing and full realized characters, for a story that has more twists and turns than a mountain away, and for an EPIC cliff hanger. This world and these characters are so intriguing- I'm ready to take up residence in Rydeville just to see it all unfold.

Wow what an amazing start to this series, I’m totally hooked, I had what the fuck moments and holy shit moments throughout the book to the point my jaw was dropping I just couldn’t believe it, I loved it.

I throughly enjoyed this story and can’t wait to read the next books in this series, I never thought I would love it as much as I did with plenty of twist and turns I was literally sat on the edge of my seat throughout this. This is a high school bully romance with a twist.

So to start we have the old elite Trent, Drew and Charlie, Drew is Abby’s twin brother. They are the Elite and the run the school.

Then you have New Elite that are there rivals that are made up of Camden, Jackson and Sawyer and they are new to the school. I absolutely loved Camden , Jackson and sawyer.

Abby is the girl caught into between both sets of Elite’s and this is how the story plays out I really loved abbys character , she’s so strong and the stuff she goes through makes you want to grab her and run, my heart was breaking for her but she’s also totally badass and amazing!!

I will warn this book is full of triggers, it’s brutal, toxic and disturbing and they were many moments that I was thoroughly shocked and moments I didn’t see coming. This book kept me up all night to finish it every time I went to stop another WTF moment happened and I had to keep reading.

I only just started reading books by Siobhan Davis and honestly I’m really hooked on her books , I just love them !!!

My rating –

Wow

My heart hurts and my head is blown. The ending was deep and while I had some hunched on Cams endgame it mostly took me by surprise. The abuse is also tough and I feel for Abby. She is a pawn and wants only to be free. She cant trust anyone. Some much deception. Unlike any other book I have read. It will grip you and you won't bevanle to let go.

I cannot wait for book two! This series - isn’t like what I’m used to reading, but I am hooked. There is a lot going on in this town and with the founding fathers. The kids are dragged into their mess and so much is discovered. Book two will hopefully have more answers! I received this ARC for an honest review.

Predictableeeeee, but enjoyable regardless

My visceral reaction to him has been almost instantaneous.
Even when he was being a nasty prick to me, I still wouldn’t have passed up an opportunity to jump his bones.

Holy Shit! What did I just read?!?!?! Cruel Intentions was FREAKING AWESOME!!!! I'm still mindblown over how incredible this one was! I have read a lot by this Siobhan and this one was my favorite so far. I was so hooked on the story I couldn’t put it down.

Siobhan Davis is without question a favorite author of mine—especially in the last year, if my blogging history tells you anything and—she still wows me with each new release. I wasn’t a huge fan of YA romance at the high school level for a long time, but this year, I’ve gotten some straight up amazing romances that apply to this troupe and I've had to open my mind again to the power of the indie author!!! This year I have been incredibly lucky to find so many that I never thought would suck me in so much… considering how long ago I graduated.

5 twisted stars for Cruel Intentions by Siobhan Davis! This is book one in the Ryderville High Elite series. Let me start by saying this book starts off with a bang and finishes with one hell of a cliffhanger. I have read a lot of Siobhan Davis’s books and this one has got to be my favorite. This book will pull you in and lock you in until the very last page. Honestly it has been a few days and I am still thinking about what is to come in this series.
“I’m nobody. I’m invisible. I don’t exist except to obey their commands.”
Abby wants to do something for herself and something she doesn’t want anyone else to control. When she meets a boy on the beach, when she is at her lowest. She makes a choice that day that will affect her in more ways than one. Little does she know everything well come to light sooner than she thinks.
Abby, her brother Drew, Trent and Charlie are the leaders at Ryderville High. They are old money and control everything in their world. Trent is Abby’s fiancé, who she can not stand. He is a prick, who takes what he wants. His father and Abby’s father made a deal, that Abby must remain a virgin until their wedding day. This two are being forced into an arranged marriage. Abby just wants out; she is tired of just being seen as nothing better than a helpless woman. In comes Sawyer, Jackson and Camden. They are new money and out make waves at Ryderville high. They want to take the reins from the Ryderville Elite, the question is why. It doesn’t make anything better for Abby when she sees Camden, who she learns is the boy from the beach. However, he is different, he seems to hate her.
I don’t want to ruin anything, because the best part of this book is the shock you get when you discover the truth of what is really going on. This book will shock you, make you cry, there where even times when I cringed, but it is worth every felling I got while reading this book. I am telling you, you will regret not reading this book.

This was book one about Abby and the elite. There are definitely some triggering themes in this book, but if you can get past them there is a really unique story about old money families & a not so secret society. I enjoyed how things evolved in this book and where things ended. The audio for the story was great and brought the characters to life.
