This was a quick, fun read. I did get a little lost trying to keep track of all the "bad" guys but I did enjoy the quirky characters and the humor.

Most people probably won’t enjoy this book. But beings that I am an avid Brooks and Dunn fan, I absolutely loved it.
The character Slim is based on Ronnie Dunn and the character Howdy is based on Kix Brooks. The two guys meet up and go on many adventures as they travel the Texas honky-took scene.
