- I mean... it's heartstopper. Wholesome, cute, diverse and so on
- Had a hard time emotionally connecting with the characters, but I think that's a general issue between me and comics, so I left that out of the rating
- Mental health struggles are a/the major topic in this volume, and it's genuinely well done :)
- Still thinking about Charlie's diary stickers.. incredible...
Moderate: Eating disorder, Self harm, and Outing
Minor: Homophobia

It's definitely one of my favorite series and I can't wait for volume 4.
Also, damn, I really relate with Nick and it feels oddly comforting to read about someone who's quite like I was at that age, being 10years older now.
The different focus on characters and their struggles and just overall lives is also really well done through the series + it's great to see them all evolving and growing.
Especially enjoyed chapter 6 in the form of journal flashbacks (both Nick's and Charlie's), it gave a different perspective and maybe some distance to make things possibly a bit less triggering and I found that really nice, especially as it was really well done.

How is their relationship so healthy!?!?!?!?! I don't think I've ever read or seen a healthier relationship than Nick and Charlies. I adore them both so much! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Nick Nelson is legit the sweetest, most caring and compassionate guy ever! And omg, Tori! Fuck yeah, she's such a great big sister. We stan Tori.
I genuinely can't get over how real and true to life these stories and characters are. I am so happy we get to read these books and get to see Nick and Charlie and the whole squad on screen too! We need more queer media like this out there.
I am so grateful to Alice and her writing for creating these characters and writing these stories the way she is. We need more of this.
Nick and Charlie will always be comfort characters for me, and I can't wait to see how the show keeps going either!
