It was fine. A cute, quick read for anyone who loves libraries. There were a lot of characters and it became hard to keep track of and things tied up a little to quickly for my taste. Thanks to Netgally for a review copy to read.

3.5 stars - super cute easy fun read

Charming and such an ode to the reader. At times the background was a little threadbare, but overall an emotional and sweet journey to anyone in love with books or libraries.

Libby Kindle. I loved this book. I can’t tell you what would have pushed it into 5 stars for me… Very character driven with some great characters. You root for them, I cried for them. June needs to buck up throughout the book but she does at the end. The book does end neatly with a bow, which was a win for me. Such a strong debut! Good job, Freya!
