Sometimes mixing psychology with neuroimaging, the scripts by Berne and the PNL can be useful and helps people achieving their goals. As a psychotherapist I appreciated some parts of this book, but I consider that making it too easy is not good for the person that is struggling to obtain results. Path is hard and not so easy even if you know that sometimes your brain is the one that is sabotaging you.

Come psicoterapeuta ho apprezzato alcune parti di questo libro, ma credo anche che non sia corretto far sembrare tutto troppo semplice, specialemte a chi sta lottando per ottenere dei risultati. La strada è dura e non facile, anche una volta che sai che in alcune situazioni è il tuo stesso cervello quello che ti sabota.

I think was an interesting take on mindfulness. For some it might help identify tools or names for feelings. Overall though I think it missed some of the feminine points of view.
The Saboteurs are not much different than Dr. Amen's ANTs. If you have Restless ANTs or Avoidant ANTs, you're probably ADHD. At least my clients and I had those as our top Saboteurs.
A life coach gave this to me to read. I only read it to please her and I really got a lot out of the book. Went online and took the tests.. I think the information I learned could be very helpful!
This was ok. I feel like it's a bunch of other stuff repackaged into a new thing. Nothing brand new except for maybe the way it's presented.
