Sappy and somewhat saccharin, but also just what the body craves during a cold christmas break (or in my case, a cold January's night). I say this for every novel in the Highland series, but Ian steals the show every scene he's in.

3.5 stars.
Personally would have preferred just one couples POV's as opposed to every couples, but overall it was a really nice story.

Wow. This book is packed with stories. You have all the brothers come together & each one has his own storyline. A little overwhelming, but the book is interesting in all it’s ways. If you’re craving more Mackenzies, this is a great read. You get 5 mini-plots & an overarching plot. Enjoy!

First Thought when Finished: A Mackenzie Family Christmas is a must read for those that have read the series so far.
Overall Thoughts: Super short review: Read this book and get all the warm fuzzies. For a very tortured family it was nice to see most of them happy and surrounded by love!
Audio Thoughts:
Angela rocked it! :)
Final Thoughts: Love this series! It is a must read for historical romance fans.
