While this series is pretty dense, I don’t think there was anything that could be left out without detracting from the story. The author is incredible, as always, and the story was very well thought out. I think that this series is very underrated and not talked about enough for how phenomenal it is. Mia is a badass and I love love love the sass in this book from the narrator.

Absolutely loved this series. I think the middle book was definitely the strongest in terms of plot and adventure. The final book started slow but it certainly picked up speed towards the end. A beautiful, thrilling, mysterious story and all the questions tried up nicely at the end.

so thats just it then, huh? i’m sad this is over, but glad at the same time because this damn book right here took me AGES to get through.

i’ll be back to write full reviews for this series after my reread :)))))

side note: i would sacrifice a tithe to the moon for jay kristoff to write more books set in this world

Závěr Nikdynoci mě neskutečně zklamal. Byla jsem připravená na všechno, čekala jsem ledacos, ale že ještě před polovinou ji budu muset odložit, protože mě šíleně nudila, to fakt ne.

Já jsem po absolutně skvělém Božím hrobě chtěla peckovní finále. Peckovní tam bylo jen pár postav Jonnen, Mercurio a Sid. A samozřejmě Zatmění. Postrádala jsem Pana Laskavého. To jsme si od autora nezasloužili. Takhle nám sebrat to nejlepší z celé trilogie.

A jedna postava tam byla dokonce úplně zbytečná. Aby se nejspíš měly Mia a Ashlinn o kom dohadovat. Jinak by ty pusy otevíraly jen v posteli. Nenapadá mě, proč by se jinak vracel do příběhu.

Někdy jsem měla chuť přeskakovat řádky, protože mi přišlo, že se tam nic moc neděje. Teda až na jednu dobrodružnou výpravu. Jinak to byla pořád dokola omílaná pomsta, pomsta, pomsta, sex (aby se neřeklo) a zas pomsta a dál nic nového.
