DNF around 50% of the book. I really love this series but I find it a little bit boring? Or maybe I’m not in the mood to read a book about war and other stuff. Also I know what happens at the end and I’m not happy. Anyways, I don’t want to force myself to read it since it’s not working out but hopefully I’ll be in the mood to read it in the future

Eine Reise geht zu Ende, denn es hieß mit diesen Band Abschied nehmen. Nicht nur von der Geschichte auch von ihren Charakteren, denn das ein oder andere Schicksal hat mich etwas betrübt auch wenn es zur Geschichte paßt.
Der Rote Krieg, Unlösbare Probleme und Archers Schicksal, dass sind nur ein paar der Sachen seren Sefia und Archer sich annehmen müssen.
Es gab viele spannende, tolle, schöne, ausweglose, nervenaufreibende Situationen und dazu noch ganz viele mehr.
Die Geschichte hat mich wie keine andere gepackt, aber ich musste ein wenig mich wieder rein finden, da die anderen Bänder schon was her waren. Doch schon bald habe ich mich in der Geschichte wieder gefunden und ich habe öfters mit den Charakteren mit gefiebert als mir lieb war.
Ich weiß gar nicht was ich alles dazu sagen mag, da ich teils so begeistert war von der Handlung. Zumal hier immer wieder was in der Schwebe war. Viele Handlungsstränge haben auf Umwegen später ein roten Faden gebildet.
Außer Sefia und Archer gab es noch genug andere Charaktere die man ins Herz geschlossen hat und deren Schicksal teils mit ungewiss war. Einige hatten ein Happy End, andere nicht. Und ganz andere lagen irgendwo dazwischen.
Mir mich hatte die Geschichte alles um mich zu begeistern. Und es ein würdiger Abschlußband.

This book hits me in all the feels.
It's devastating, it's lengthy, and it is beautiful.
I don't know if going through the death of my sister six months ago gave me a new/different lens in which to see, but this book really spoke to grief and the painful beauty that is life.
Also, I love the fact this entire trilogy has been an experience with creative snippets and design choices, reminding of a milder type of idea as seen in the Illuminae books.
