Years ago I watched a YouTube video that outline Haymitch’s Hunger Games and it was pretty close to this. My guess is that there was some sort of short story before? Regardless, was a gripping and sad read knowing where he ended up.

This was such a let down after all the hype. I struggled to get through it! I do think I just need to stop reading YA books though. I was annoyed at how juvenile the conversations, inner dialogue, and storytelling seemed compared to what I remember of the Katniss-focused books as (but I also read all of those when I was a lot younger).
